I'm sorta confused. Is it the dad or the Haitian that can cancel out people's powers? The dad kept messing with the mindreader's ability, but I think the Haitian is always pretty close by and could be doing it. I was thinking the dad for awhile, but I'm thinking I missed a clue that it was for sure the Haitian. His power is to erase memories though, right?
