People are saying I would bet the turn if checked to? [censored] no, I'd insta check behind.

[/ QUOTE ]

But would you call a 150 turn bet with any paired draw/combo draw?

I agree you woulda checked for sure with your hand, this does make the river a lot easier though.

if hero has been playing weak why wouldnt you take it away from him now?

[/ QUOTE ]

No need to take it away if he checks, I've got the best hand a lot of the time but when I do I'm not going to be able to get value out of anything else. And when I don't I've got a nice redraw.

agreed, but I doint like giving the pot away when a AQ or J hit the turn and we have to fold or it goes check check and his new found pair wins. Plus against a good players CRing range on the turn, we actually are close to 50/50.

I think your turn bet size combined with the way we were playing made it pretty transparent you had at least AK. Since you are in fact not much stronger than AK, and it would be unwise for me to try to bluff someone off of the nuts (AK), I think you should check/fold the river.

lol, 3rd leveled you!

Check, then flip a coin on whether you call/fold the river. This gives him incorrect odds to draw to most things on the turn and roughly neutral odds to bluff-push.

shove river, its cts. if he wins its because he is cts, if he loses it's because you got lucky.

this depends on how cts views u. i think if you check he will prob check back. i dont really see him having a flush here although it is 400 nl and he prob could give a [censored] less about 100 bucks so he may or may not have a fd.

in all honestly i like krantz's original advice.

kk so he may have 109h here. if he is playing well then u are in kind of a screwy spot. cts is good enough though to move you off hands on this river and also he may know that you are strong enough to where he just coldcalled your bets with sets/2 pair (maybe i am crazy by saying this). so again it relies on how he views u and how u view him etc.

fwiw open shove pf vs cts is stronger play.
