Very little? I've paid 3k in rake this month, probably 2400 of it on Stars, so I get 27% of 600 from Full Tilt.

In conclusion, profit from poker: 48 grand
Profit from rakeback: 162 dollars

So I've been really busy with non-poker stuff, but decided to hit the Muck last night. Insane crowd there - staff said they hadn't seen it that busy in a long time.

I go up two racks very quickly. Had QQ three times, it holds up twice (once in a big kill pot) and the third time I chop with another QQ. Aggro guy tries to turn-raise me off of my obvious AK on an all-unders board, except it's really KK and I scoop.

Series of guys to my immediate right sit in and bust out, including Old Guy Who Likes To Raise Preflop. One hand he actually wins - he raises preflop, bets every street and gets three folds, then turns over 68s for second pair. Says "they all called my raise with trash!" I reply, "go figure." He laughs. He then gets called for his 20/40(!) table.

About three hours in, aggro "get any piece and bet" guy to my left convinces his wife to sit in and the whole complexion of the table changes. He'll bet almost any flop, she'll call almost any number of preflop bets with almost any hand. The whole table gets loose and crazy. My AA gets cracked by 63o, my JJ gets called down to the river by wife's A5o, where she spikes her magic ace...bleh.

Changing seats to their left doesn't stop the bleeding. So I take a steak break and change tables. I get back to even before I head out, thanks to hitting a series of hands against a decent player, including two where I outflopped him when dominated and another where I improved my KK to a flopped set (and the nuts on a disconnected board).

Only softplay I've ever done live was on the river of the KK hand, I was starting to feel a little bad for utterly pwning him, so when I bet I told him "you really don't want to call." He took my word for it. I have to remember that for some hand where I don't have anything.

Have you always made comments like these, or only after you saw that douche-bag win the main event?

Hmmm...I flopped the nuts on a draw-heavy board against the most obvious overpair ever, let's wait until after the scare card hits to raise!
