I have never been able to get this script to work. When I have it open I refresh the list and it starts to run through my buddy list. After it finds the first active buddy it shows what table he is at and then is stops. Any idea what is wrong?

I've updated this script to work with the new Stars update. Please get the updates at overcards. To make it work correctly, be sure to also download the latest functions.ahk script: http://www.overcards.com/wiki/moin.cgi/StarsBuddyList http://www.overcards.com/wiki/moin.cgi/RolandsFunctions [/ QUOTE ] i did this and i'm getting an error message when i run the buddy list script. it says: Error in #include file c:\...\functions.ahk": the leftmost character above is illegal in an expression. Specifically: ... Line # 767 PostMessage0x ... 768 } 774 { and line 774 has an ----> pointing to it. thanks for any help. |

The behavior you are describing is what was happening after the most recent Stars update. The newest version of the scripts should work OK. Remember to download the newest version of Functions.ahk to make this work correctly. |

Are you putting the files in the same directory? Is this happening as soon as you launch the script? Or when you are actually doing something (e.g. searching for buddies, adding buddies, etc.)? |

[/ QUOTE ] thanks for taking a look at this. i have buddies.txt, functions.ahk, and stars buddy.ahk (my name for the ahk from overcards, does it need a specific name?) all in the same folder. there is a subfolder called Images with 6 files. the error happens as soon as i double click stars buddy.ahk. |

[/ QUOTE ] Couple of things to try: I've updated the overcards.com page so that the script is an attachment that you can download rather than having to copy and paste it. See the Downloads sections of the page http://www.overcards.com/wiki/moin.cgi/StarsBuddyList Then we can at least eliminate any naming or copy/paste issues. Also, make sure that you are using the most recent version of Autohotkey (v1.0.46.08), which can be downloaded at: http://www.autohotkey.com/download/ If you are still having problems, let me know the full path where you've put the scripts (e.g. c:\my documents\sripts\). BTW, I prolly won't be able to get back to you for a while after this. But I'll check when I'm back again. Good luck. |

[/ QUOTE ] Glad to hear it. Yea, the postgre is required for the sql button, i believe. I still use the Access version, so haven't even tried this feature. |

I get some weird stakes figures too.
Player A - NL (.50) Player B - NL (1) Both are at .50/1 NL tables. |
