[ QUOTE ]
Now that im thinking about it hand histories to the HD cant be ignored because for players that need to keep records to track their play or for tax purposes this allows a fool-proof way for them to always get it. The current way of getting hands is subject to big problems when the email-server isnt working. If you play more than 100 hands after it stops working you lose a whole bunch of hands and never see them again.. The only permenant fix to this problem is getting HHs saved to the harddrive [/ QUOTE ] ROFLMAO! Same old BS line! |

Hi Fred,
Good to see you on 2+2. Representatives who post here frequently, generally improve 2+2's collective opinion of their room (Stars, True Poker, Hollywood). Bit of a technical one this, perhaps you could forward it to developers and let me know if anyone else has the same problem. When running your software mouse cursor slows down, not the PC, just the cursor. It is also only when your table is in focus. If I click on my web browser or the desktop its fine. Actually thinking about it it may be a problem with my mouse and drivers (it doesn't ha[[em elsewhere though). I'll try using a different mouse and see if it makes a difference. Thanks, Tyler |

GM- One problem that I have noticed on your site, is if someone has a bet out there and you go to make a note on them, after you close the notes window the bet will disappear. Their bet still counts, but I can't see it. So if I were still to act, it could hurt me to not know that this other person called a raise, etc. Thanks, I love the site and hope to see more and more people join up.
BTW- It will be impossible to please all of 2+2, they couldn't all agree about what color the sky is. Also, your site should stay unique while making changes, not identical to Stars, UB, etc. |

[ QUOTE ]
Keep in mind that the player base you are taking suggestions from at 2+2 is not the recreational player base. Thus, many of the posters comments will have a narrow point of view ie; "What is good for me $ wise" without taking into account the big picture. Examples: Narrow multitabling 2+2 TAG point of View: "I must have HH on my hard drive in order to play profitably here" Big Picture point of View HH on hard drive only benefit Semipro/Pro players who will come here anyway for: 1. Rakeback 2. Fish As someone else mentioned: [ QUOTE ] It's not multi-tablers you really need to please. It's recreational players. It's the net-losers you need, in the long run. If you make your recreational players happy, the sharp players will follow, regardless of HHs or big cards or whatever. Btw, I like the big cards, and I do think they encourage people to play more hands - which is good for the site, in the long run. [/ QUOTE ] I also agree about the big cards at the bottom encouraging looser play. I also agree about the chat dialog box always jumping to the bottom being annoying, since I often review the previous hands. [/ QUOTE ] exactly. If the site was built to the specifications of the people on this board, it would be a horrible site. Who cares if there is a rake free site if there arent any fish, because they all get datamined and 8 tabled to death. The site simply isnt big enough for these features yet. 8+ tables are fine for places like stars and party who have like 50K+ players 24/7, for a site that only has a few talbes of each limit going at a time, its just a bad move. |

Impossible to please all of 2+2 is correct.
Many of those responding in this thread are mentioning things they have already mentioned for any site. Some people think that super multi-tabling (allowing more and more tables on a site, such as Party going from 4-tables to 10-tables max) is ruining online-poker. I'm glad you are able to accept all the back-and-forth on the suggestions and come to some conclusions that you think will work best. Thanks again for taking the time to accept the feedback from the posters here. |

One more thing: the quality of your poker customer service is pretty horrible at the moment. Some mails are unanswered, and the ones that are answered, generally go
"We'll forward your question to technical support. You will hear from us." after which I have never heard anything back, ever. |

Hand Histories to the hard drive.
- I don't care either way, but on Wednesdays I do not always receive my hand histories by email when I request them. Chat Issue whenever an action occurs. - Very annoying and needs to be fixed. 5 max/ 6 max For each limit would be nice. The only reason I would reccomend 6 max over 5 max is tables are less likely to die if 1-2 players leave. Big Cards at bottom. - Maybe make them optional, but I actually like them now that I am used to them. Max # of tables - I wouldn't go past 4. More tables does not help causal players. Opening a new table - The new table opens directly over the already open table. This is annoying and needs to be fixed. Make sure the lag issue does not return. The random disconnect issue still needs to be resolved. Cater to 2+2ers enough to maintain enough games for pros, semi-pros and casual players to want to play at your site. Don't cater to 2+2ers requests to the extent that the casual player has an unpleasant experience or loses his money too quickly. I really want rake free to stay. For that to happen you have to have people wager on your other games. I don't know what the best mix of features are to make this happen, but I hope you figure it out. |

I have played several hands incorrectly because I did not realize someone was in the hand. |
