I really liked Mems of a Geish.
Someone did a video for it using a Japanese band.
What I find cool is even though I can't understand the words at all, it's still a pretty cool tune melody-wise. And it seems to fit the Vid pretty good.

First time a foreign tune like that really hit me that way.

This made me both want to play again, or just throw my guitar away all together.

Edit: There's another great guitar jam with a young Steve Vai with Frank Zappa called Stevie's Spanking or something like that. If you like jams, it's well worth watching.
