ditto on Freaks and Geeks. I was really surprised that a show that good would get cancelled after one season.. I think it had something to do with the day and time it was on not corresponding to when their core audience was home (teenagers).

Firefly ( and yeah, it's not even close)

VR 5

The Prisoner

Tribeca - possibly the best dramatic show I've ever seen with such a short lifespan.

Shauna

don't know if anyone saw this show...it was called JOHN DOE

dude didn't know who he was but he knew everything else, I thought it was kinda interesting but got cancelled after like 6 shows

No it ran for 21 episodes. I really enjoyed it and it's a shame they canned it.

For some plot revelations see:

If I could just have one it would have to be AD.

Others whose cancellations saddened me at one point or another are Get a Life, Twin Peaks, It's Your Move, and Action.

Get a Life was pretty great. Or at least I thought it was when I was 12 or whatever.

Also I must've lived under a rock for a couple years. I have no frickin' idea what Firefly is.
