Yeah, we've got standup guys like curtains running scared from the witchhunt mentality. I don't think it's in most of our best interests to have the top players/posters on this site all of a sudden terrified to divulge ANY information.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think I like the idea of good, ethical, and honest players feeling a little intimidated if they were friendly with the cheaters. That doesn't justify a witch-hunt, but hopefully acts as a deterrent.

It's not at all fair to smear curtains, N82, etc. But I question their judgment IF they chose to remain silent and they knew about what ZJ had been doing for quite a while. The integrity of the games should be paramount to everyone. It would be awful if "fear of a witch-hunt" or fear of "scaring away all the top players" meant we don't condemn cheaters vigorously because we're too interested in remaining their sycophants.

I do hold people who remained silent about this for a long period of time at least somewhat complicit, and I'm not apologizing for that. Like I've said though, I could be completely wrong that anyone knew for a while, and perhaps the first anyone here heard of it was very recently.

Here's my recommendation (and I think we all trust Lloyd):

If, in the future, anyone in the MTT forum becomes aware of widespread cheating occuring, they PM Lloyd so he can make an "official" announcement or something -- Lloyd can post something like "Attention: this kind of cheating seems to be occuring. Everyone should be aware". Lloyd agrees to not reveal whoever PMed him.

I understand how complicated these situations can be among friends, etc. Maybe this way too alarmist, going over-board, whatever. But it sounds like genuinely good and honest people knew what was occuring and were in impossibly difficult situations. At the very least, it lets everyone in the community be aware of the cheating issues that exist in the games. I realize it does nothing for the masses who aren't 2+2 members, but I think this is at least an improvement. Hopefully people don't abuse it and PM Lloyd everytime they get sucked out and think they're being colluded against.

Alright, flame away. I admit this is probably stupid. And my advanced apologies to Lloyd if he hates this idea.

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm a big fan of this.

I think AZK's move is a perfectly acceptable use of his moderator powers. A cheater has been caught and his presence should not be accepted by those who are entrusted with the power to moderate the discussions here. Labeling him as what he is in case anyone is confused is not only funny but righteous. Personally I think he should be perma-banned viciously ridiculed.

[/ QUOTE ]

2+2 forums are independent of what happens on poker sites or in the outside world. A mod messing with ZJ or anyone's title or status on the site in a malicious manner based on anything happens outside of 2+2 is a ridiculous abuse of power. That's common sense.

[ QUOTE ]

In conclusion, I want to make it clear that I regret what I did, and have done somethings that were unethical. Despite this, PartyPoker’s actions are unreasonable, and their power to take the same actions against you should not be taken lightly. This rampage that PartyPoker is on will certainly not end with me. So whatever you do, be careful.

[/ QUOTE ]

No where do you just say what a cheater you are. Just admit it. Don't say "unethical", you're a cheater. There is no gray, only black and white here. In my opinion, you are getting off easy.

I'm honest and in the minority with CSC (per your statment a small minority), I never cheated online and never will, because I won't be playing online again. Cheaters will always figure out a way to stay a step ahead. I'm sure you'll find ways to open up more accounts and keep cheating.

Liars and cheats never look in the mirror, they just point the finger at others.

Your post here really does show that you have no integrity.

Prove me wrong and freely post any other accounts you have played under and at all online sites.

Plus, we all know it is bs that you pay no attention to dead cards, etc. You insult our intelligence by stating otherwise.

I'm not the one who is going to have to live looking over my shoulder, why do I need to be careful?

B.) All the lemmings hurling insults: you are way more pathetic than ZJ. Constructive or blunt criticism is one thing, kicking a person while he is down just because you can do it anonymously and everyone else is doing it is awful. You aren't funny or clever. Have some decency. Everyone makes mistakes.

[/ QUOTE ]

These lemmings still have their integrity until they prove otherwise and they piss it away like Zee did.

ZJ kind of blew any chance of people listening to this with his pathetic response.

Your gimmick account is somehow even funnier with that misspelling.

Furthermore, I would like to point out, that I did NOT break the rules.

Quote:
5. True Identity and One Account.

The name on your Account must match your true and legal name and identity and the name on your Account registration must match the name on the credit card(s) or other payment accounts used to deposit or receive monies in your Account. You are prohibited from holding more than one Account. If you have more than one (1) Account or Accounts in different names, then you must contact us immediately to have your Accounts managed so that you only have one (1). If you have lost your Account name or password, please contact us for a replacement.

I have one account. That account is named ZeeJustin. My brother also has an account named Bernard61 (formerly jwilson55), and I have used that account quite often.

[/ QUOTE ]

Am I missing something?

[ QUOTE ]
No where in Party’s rules does it say you cannot use someone else’s account.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think the part in bold above says exactly that.

I am amused to see you trying to make party look bad in this situation when their actions here are among the most admirable I could imagine. You clearly pad their pockets with tons of rake and for them to do this is extremely respectable.

Playing 2 accounts in the same single table tournament would be an enormous advantage.

[/ QUOTE ]I would MUCH rather have single-entries in ten STTs than double entries in 5. (I think, at least.)

[/ QUOTE ]The goal wouldnt be chip dumping in this situation. It's having the extra information (seeing 2 extra cards) and having the ability to initiate raises with seat holding rags for the seat holding a PP. ... the chip dumping part doesnt come until the end. Any way you look at it; having 2 seats at the same STT is a monsterous advantage and most certainly +EV.

[/ QUOTE ]
What number of seats in the same STT would be the most +EV? Would three be higher EV than 2? How about 4 or 5 etc.?
