I was like 22ptbb/100 in 2k hands of headsup, feeling pretty good about myself, then this session happened:



Set &lt; flopped straight, combo draw &lt; set, overpair &lt; semi-bluff, TPTK &lt; bottom pair that runner-runners flush all-in in turn, TP and nut flush draw &lt; 73o two pair... each pot over 200bb. I don't think I was fundamentally outmatched, since villain was way too loose OOP and in re-raised pots, but I was making way more blind bluffs on pots than I normally would, out of frustration, and that cost me at least a buy in or two.

I didn't think it was possible to lose that many BB in that many hands. Maybe headsup has a lot of variance, huh?

fwiw I'm sitting w/ JD pro so I decided to look @ what I have him running @.... I have 8k hands w/ him and he's running @ -10.2 over that sample size, lol

I have a gazillion hands on pretty much everyone. I'll take a look after my PT finishes loading. In all fairness to JD, I'm sure he's losing at a smaller clip than -10pt.
