The 2nd balk was clearly a balk, I don't know how you could possibly even try to argue that one. Benitez pretty much admitted after the game that it was a balk.

The first one though, I dunno about that.

I missed both balks. The first one was replayed several times, and I thought Benitez was totally still. They never showed a decent replay of the second. Apparently, he flinched his shoulder?

But I read Benitez's comments after the game and he completely acknowledged he did it the second time.
