Only evidence here is there are more Ftp employees on this board then just Doug. Who the [censored] gave anyone the power to be the judge, jury, and the prosecutor huh? Post 1 shred of evidence besides Ftp pointing the finger at me making bogus claims that im guilty, until then shut the [censored] up and and get a life. Tired of you people acting like Ftp are such saints, anyone who runs unregulated businesses from god knows where to profit from gambling are no saints, anyone who takes 2 1/2 months keeping people in suspense without any further explanation besides your account is in audit, your account is in audit with no one to talk to over the phone is no saint. Has it came across anyones mind why Ftp has no fuckn phone number? You think every fuckn poker player on this planet posts on this forum? I have saw atleast 30 cases just on this forum and Ftp's forum about them locking accounts. Imagine how much other people have had this happen to them without posting? I have drawn my conclusion and I don't care what anyone thinks Ftp you are fuckn scammers and I hope you choke on my money, I have no hopes off getting it back or ever getting my hand history from you so I can show these douches that are probally on your payroll or who are the real cheaters on your site that I was not involved in chip dumping, colluding or whatever else you accuse me off. I had 14k stolen from me, yet im the criminal. In short everyone who says I defrauded Ftp without having 1 actual fact go [censored] yourselves.

[/ QUOTE ]

I highly doubt any other FTP employees are participating in this thread... you have been told their business with you is complete!

If you were innocent, you would have filed a complaint with the gaming commission that oversees Full Tilt a couple of months ago.

[/ QUOTE ]

Actually sniper he did file a complaint with the Kahnawake gaming comission...it was done much earlier in this thread... (unless he was lying). Just double back and check.

[/ QUOTE ]

My point was that the complaint would have been filed immediately (or shortly thereafter) when they started their investigation and locked his account, not after the conclusion of their investigation many months later.

The timing of his post here is also suspicious for the same reason...

I get the impression Doug was coming here on his own time to try to set things straight because he is a hard worker because he loves the industry. Im sure he has no motivation to increase Full Tilt's bottom line in the fashion you describe. Maybe if they offered profit sharing or something, but I am sure that is not the case.

[/ QUOTE ]

I mean no offense, but you are incredibly naive. Companies are already hiring staff to do nothing but hopefully, maybe, sorta, kinda, spread internet buzz via blogs, discussion groups, and the like. 10 years ago I had a friend making salary at a national clothing line HQ who did nothing but reply to their random incoming emails from teenagers "in a manner to promote the image and branding of the company". Not technical help...not even customer service. He was replying to teens asking for dating advice and what to do when their friends tell them to buy Gap clothes. No lie. Unsolicited emails, like the Dear Santa letters at the post office, would eventually get answered by him in the coolest, hippest way he could. That was his sole responsibility at the company.

You don't think a business would do the same at a forum that is so finely targeted to their market? His title is spokesman, for crying out loud.

I have nothing against that. It's the responsibility of the company managers to earn as much as possible for their investors and owners. Don't try to overlay your morality on a business' decision in regards to you as a customer. Their entire existence is based around earning as much money FROM you as possible.

Some businesses decide that money spent on customer service and a solid reputation are EV+ investments. Many companies do not. Stars, for example, has cultivated the reputation of being extremely customer friendly but that has taken a time and money. Party's customer service is notoriously bad...they have chosen to spend their customer service money on advertising and bonus programs for direct player retention. Party is not evil. Stars is not holy. Each have taken a different business path toward the same goal: Getting your money.

FTP sits somewhere in the middle, I guess. Innocent or guilty, how could the OP sit in limbo for 2+ months unless FTP's security department was disfunctional, apathetic, incompetent, or understaffed?

Anyway, my original point was just that your money is not safe at any site. They can choose, at anytime, to take your roll and there isn't a thing you can do about it. Your only protection is the bad publicity you can generate and the loss of your rake.

Generate a lot of rake while having 2+2 credibility: You are in good shape.
Play the penny tables without posting before you luckbox into a big MTT win: Hope for the best come cashout time.

Eric - many people have asked you many Q's regarding your playing habits, what you were doing, why you set up a 2nd account, etc etc. And you have refused to answer almost all of those Q's.

Saying that others besides Doug are clearly FTP employees isn't helping your case at all.

You had our ear. Even being doubted as you were/are I think almost all of us were somewhat willing to listen.
Many of us are extremely unimpressed by FT's performance in this situation and we really want to know what you have to say beyond, "FTP hasn't proven anything."

But you keep refusing to answer even the simplest of Q's or even acknowledge that they were asked in the first place.
For many of us, this fact and your tone speaks volumes.

I think this is a very good post. I agree eric, I think you should sit down and really try hard to think about what happened, how it happened, Basically the post that Jan made earlier that had around 10 good questions on. Without losing your temper. This would help your case on here significantly and the more support you have, the more chance you have of getting some closure.

I guess it's possible that Full Tilt assigned one of their staff to spend a very small amount of time on this forum, but I think that still doesn't negate my point. His duty isn't to increase Full Tilt's bottom line. His assignment may have that effect, but that isn't the assignment. He has helped the innocent in the past and has forwarded our suggestions to Full Tilt, some of which would not be profitable for them in any way other than keeping regular customers happy.

Because it takes a long time to sort out this sort of thing. Some of the fraud may not have been immediately reported. Obviously some was as they were able to catch on and bar his cashout in such a short time. In a situation such as this they would likely carefully investigate all the accounts he won a significant amount of money from which could conceivably take a very long time. I think many of you are underestimating just how long it takes for an investigation of this kind.

Good2cu is a regular in the STT forum and a great number of people in that thread actually know him. I and many others have a great deal of faith in his honesty in this matter.
