Just interesting that the probable reason this thread exploded was cause at the start a few people decided to say "decided to be a pro and quit your job?? Awesoooome!" lol

[/ QUOTE ]It touched something in the heart of every poker player. "Quit work, play poker and sleep 'til noon."

[/ QUOTE ]Wrong. The reason this exploded is because I got involved and helped provide legitimacy and/or entertainment to the whole thing. Trust me, it would have died fairly quickly otherwise. We've all seen these kind of posts before, and in their barest bones, they're really not all that interesting. It exploded because it became a multi-layered, multi-faceted human interest story with interconnected parts. This thread has caused some of the most creative minds on 2+2 to jump in, contribute and thus bring life and energy to an otherwise ho-hum story that we have seen a thousand times before. I will stand by the fact though that it was critical that Don King dive in, and where he is involved it is never boring. I could be wrong, but I doubt it.

Hell, I'd pay for a fee to watch this. Probably up to $10-$15 a month just for him to have a webcam going during the time he is playing(not on the screen, just from the top of the computer.

Hey Wicks. I would like to buy you some coaching if you would be kind enough to let me. I've seen many offer to coach you for free. I would pay you your hourly rate for 3 hours of coaching, assuming you can find someone to coach you for free.

I hope this comes across as frindly because that is my intent. I play a bit higher stakes but have watched you and read a few of the hand histories in this post. I've seen quite a few leaks than can easily be fixed, it is just hard to do it when you are playing so much. I think coaching would really improve your hourly rate.

When multitabling, two very important things are initial hand selection and bubble push/fold. You should work with someone on your opening ranges and have that set into your head so you don't have to think about it.

For example, L1, UG Limp AK, AQs, 88-TT, Raise JJ-AA.

L4, UG, open raise 99+ AQ+, fold everything else.

Not saying that is perfect but it would help you a lot to have solid opening ranges. Also, you can do push/fold with SNGPT but it is so dependent on calling ranges that a coach would really help.

If you want to take me up on the offer please PM me your hourly rate and I will transfer you the funds.

Best of luck.
