i dont know the specifics of the situation but in general if the guy you're playing doesnt care then i think you have no right to ask for hu. its a massive douchebag move that annoys me when regulars use it, to spam HU PLZ HU HU when they're playing against a big fish and another reg sits, just to try and get the other reg to leave so one can have the fish all to oneself.

yeah id love ftp style hu cash tables to happen at stars so so much. but if the fish wanted hu you should sit out and tell him to sit out as well, to show elky you have a mutually agreed hu. if the fish keeps playing that means the fish is indifferent
