yes it is. they do all kinds of account switching but afaik more often than not, they are the same person. if they were at the same table then i assume someone else was using dumbanimal. there are not a lot of regualrs in that game, and it helps for people to not know who specifically you are

this is eerily similar to the other hand

at first glance this would not appear to be collusion because of the showdown. in a casino that would be correct (especially HP where you might actually get killed in the parking lot) but on line the teams are so greedy and can restart if banned so quickly that they brazenly inflate pots to get even more action on thier future graft. they must have been sure there is no way the showdown would break the game.
