Watermellon, Steak, Cereal, Oatmeal. Just a few off the top of my head.

Huh?...I would eat any of the following:

-Watermellon sherbet with chocolate syrup

[/ QUOTE ]

Yuck, no thanks.

You get something as fresh, light, and clean tasting as watermelon sherbet and cloy it all up by sticking chocolate in its pooper? How degrading.

ElD,

By "enhanced" I mean that it can be prepared in such a way that adding either cheese or chocolate can make another appetizing dish. I don't want to say that it has to make the dish "better" because then it becomes too subjective.

For example. With the tuna melt, you might say that you prefer a plain tuna sandwich over a tuna melt, but that's not to say that the cheese doesn't enhance the tuna fish sandwich.

chess,

There's a difference imo between "could/would eat with" and "enhanced by" cheese.

Sure, I could dip a great porterhouse into cheese sauce. I'd like it better if I didn't, though.

PoBoy,

In that case, for anything savory, grind it up, mix it with potatoes, bread it and fry to make a croquette, then add cheese sauce.

For anything sweet, either melt cheddar cheese or pour chocolate over it.

Given your new clarification, I think this is a silly question.

I wouldn't put either on Pad Thai, kung pao chicken, or sweet and sour pork. But that's just me.

only one i can give you there is watermelon.

cheese obviously can go with steak, they often put chocolate flavor in cereals, and choco chips are good in oatmeal.

surprisingly, chocolate goes very well with steak. Or at least it did at this one place. The special was a chocolate chile steak. Everyone loved it.
