He's a great all around player but hasn't won a NL tournament in over 2 years according to the Hendon Mob. So he's not the best choice for the 2006 main event.

In fact, it has to be Raymer. He's the only one that's cross referenced as 1, 6, 25, or 86th in the last 2 years WSOP. Check your eyes, dude. He's the first guy in the poll.
