I also can't believe more people aren't talking about Gus' laydown of the a8. That was world class.

Especially after Daniel told him 38 times that he had AA.

Amen. I think having Lindgren, Lederer and Negreanu all packed together in the corner was a bad idea. It's no fun listening to Howard and Daniel go back and forth trying to convince each other how smart they are.

I just ignore him.

[/ QUOTE ]

No way, Rottersod, you can't put Veil on ignore. I had considered it too, since he's an idiot, but then you'd miss out on some of his hilarious comments -- like the one in HSP where he was defending Jamie Gold against charges of arrogance, and said "A bird isn't arrogant for pointing out he can fly, and humans can't."

L... O... L.

Eric Lindgren is playing like a [censored] weak tight pussy fish wtf. Some of these "pros" make me wonder how they're not busto the way they play.

[/ QUOTE ]
I thought Erick was FPS sufferer rather than weak tight.

Is it just me, or is Mizrachi shockingly bad at short-stack play? There were a couple of moments which seemed like clear push-and-pray spots, but instead he kept letting himself get blinded out.

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm just glad the ice-crusher is gone.

I guess we now know the real reason why he's called "The Grinder".

Yeah yeah yeah, discuss the hand all you want. No one on this board, I don't care who you are, is laying that hand down. Period.

Some would call right away, some would think about it hard and then call, some would reraise allin, but NO ONE WILL FOLD. Not 5% of the players here, not 1% of the players here. NO ONE. Case closed.

6 handed tourney, winner takes all, you simply can't wait for the unbeatable nuts to call a raise on the river. Great discipline from Tuan for not raising over the top, but no one is folding. Sorry guys. Hindsight is always 20-20.

[/ QUOTE ]

It is interesting to discuss the hand, but you are right, no one here is folding K-9 in that spot. In fact, i think a fold there would be awful. In a win or take all format there really isn't time to fold a hand like that.

Good to see Eric, who implied he could lay down kings full to a river raise when Tuan called, call a Tuan river raise with TPTK and lose to a set.

I'm pretty sure Tuan thought that Howard would lay down AJ. Whatever he was thinking, that was [censored] nuts.

I guess he wanted to prove his point of like show 1 card = super nice etc.
