Default Overused Movie Lines

There are few things I hate more than watching a scene of an unseen movie, where a fairly generic situation happens, and I say to myself "please don't use x line that I've heard in 50 other films", and of course the line is used.

What lines do you hear repeatedly in film, that shows no creativity by the screenwriter?

I'll start..

"I don't pay you to think!" or "You're job isn't to think!"

When someone says something dramatic and then repeats it. Who the F does this in real life?

Like: "I'll never let go, Jack. I'll never let go." So cheesy and predictable.

Excellent...it combines an overused line along with FFK's hatred of repeating cheesy lines.

Great post, traz. You're sooo right, I hear this in movies all the time. It really shows a lack of creativity on the part of the writers... I mean, damn how often are we gonna have to hear someone say "high five" in a movie?

Quality contribution, man.
