As many of you know my screen name on Full Tilt Poker is NMDynasty. My account is currently undergoing a Fraud investigation for unauthorized activity.

I do not want to get into the specifics of the case currently as I will let the Full Tilt Fraud team investigate the matter.

Essentially what happened was my computer was stolen and my account was logged into. Approximately $70,000-$80,000 was dumped onto the tables.

I have recently taken shots at some of the bigger games so this will make the investigation slightly more complex, however it should be EXTREMELY apparent that I was not playing on the account during the time of the fradulent activity.

I was able to get the HHs of the hands played and it is EXTEMELY obvious it was not me playing. There are even several hands of 100/200 PLO in which the person was going all in preflop with garbage hands for $4,000 stacks at a time. Completely inconsistent with my normal account activity considering I never play PLO.

Full Tilt has been professional to this point dealing with this case. Hopefully things get resolved and justice is served.

I plan to update this thread as I receive information. I have choosen to make this public as there are many of you with $10,000s-$100,000s in your Full Tilt accounts. I want to make sure everyone is as protected as possible.

I saw you playing the 2-4 tables calling all ins with jt os after sbrugby had sucked out on you a few times. Imo you just had a mega tilt session and u r trying to blame it on someone else.

I think you crying wolf and claiming fraud is very bad for other players in the future who might really have such a problem. So i implore you to stop this whole fiasco and just accept your losses.

If u really have a case provide valid details and not the crap you have written about up till now.

good luck

saying this without knowing what actually happened and what he tried to do about it is really dumb.

as a general response to everyone, as this thread is getting really ugly:

give the guy a chance to post an update and give his own complete version of what happened. he in no way tried to get his money back from the players who won it.

and lastly, he is a v. good guy and has always been a contributor to hsnl. this isnt grimmstar who has always been a shady character and so we can just assume he was being a scumbag in the beginning and most likely be correct.

Due to OP reputation I wouldnt jump to such conclusions...
Its just all sounds like made up, nothing more.
No reasons to judge the situation which you dont know much about especially when Hero appears to be sane/trustworthy person.

true but many "noble" men in history have proved otherwise, just because he seems like a nice guy doesn't mean he couldn't do this. He could be an excellent guy, but he could still do this and if 2+2 actually believes his story i lol at all of you who do. its so transparent as to what is happening. vigorish anyone

[/ QUOTE ]

plz, enlighten all of us. since im sure he told you the whole story?

George Costanza: I think I understand this. Jay Peterman is real. His biography is not. Now, you Kramer are real.
Cosmo Kramer: Talk to me.
George Costanza: But your life is Peterman's. Now the bus tour, which is real, takes to places that, while they are real, they are not real in sense that they did not *really* happen to the *real* Peterman which is you.
Cosmo Kramer: Understand?
Jerry: Yeah. $37.50 for a Three Musketeers.

I don't have anything against you, but I really hope you get none of the money back, unless it comes directly out of FTP's pocket (and we all know that ain't happening).

It would be a disgrace if they take the money from the players who won it gambling against you/your brother/your aquaintence/whatever. I mean, if your account was +80K there is no way you would step forward and say a minor played on your account and Ivey needs to get his money back. It would be totally unfair to steal the money from the players who gambled and won.

There's just no way you should get so much as a dime.
