Great idea for a week guys, let's sing some songs that haven't been popular in 20-odd years and have a huge superstar who is 80 years old coach them. Was there any chance that this week wouldn't be terribly boring?

On the flip side, I think the people have been pretty good.

Blake was fun and sang the song quite well, his voice isn't strong but it's good and his performance was great (notice when he sang the "round" line and spun around).

Phil WAS morbid but I thought he sounded very good at parts. I'm pretty sure he is gone unless Haley throws up all over herself on stage this week, knew I should have picked him in the pool.

Melinda is always top notch, no different this week.

Chris R. was bearable this week. I still don't like him and he is basically a suckier version of Blake (worse dancer and his tone is less pleasant, although he is a mroe talented singer in some ways). Good song choice, though.

Jordin sounded great. Her voice was just on point and blasting the whole time, really nice sounding song.

Gina was good but this week did a good job of showing how much better everyone else is than her.

WTF I thought Sanjaya was fine, can't believe they pimped Chris R. and then bashed that. That's what he has always sounded like, next time don't put him through to the top 24.

I don't think sanjaya will be in danger until the field thins a little and some of the sub-par performances are cut. people are going to vote for sanjaya irregardless of his singing performance while for most of the other performers there is some merit involved.
