maxpowers. Can you read? Other people are getting paid out with epassporte. Checks seems to have come to a complete crawl or halt, but people are getting money out.

So as far as you can tell you should STFU and stop spreading panic.

Do you work for Full Tilt? Epassporte takes a good month to get setup and even then you can only withdraw $600 a day. Full Tilt is no longer sending checks because they have a "glitch" in their system. WebAtm doesn't work.

It's been like this since the Neteller debacle. They have come up with no solutions. Everyone's money is most likely safe, collecting interest for Full Tilt.

Agreed.

ePassporte will take a month or more to set up.

MyWebATM has refused to allow me to be a customer and won't tell me why.

FTP won't send out checks. As far as I can tell this is the only report from ANYONE saying they got a check from FTP, and as you can see in the thread it remains an unconfirmed report.

FTP has taken my money and refused to give me access to it. I believe a line has now been crossed that takes this from bad business practices to outright illegal acts.

Its time to take action against this site.

Protests, lawsuits, boycots, and more. They've stolen from me and lied to me and I for one have had enough. Is anyone else pissed off?

I don't think that FTP is out to take anyone's money. This is a large site that stands to make a great deal from the future action that it takes. Extrapolating from some of Party Poker's numbers, FTP likely takes in between $100-$200 million in profits per year, which is probably greater than the customer deposits it has on hand. Even if it decided to focus only on the European market, the profit potential would still be substantial, and it couldn't maintain a European business if it stiffed Americans because nobody would ever play there again. And while FullTilt could probably stiff one customer without that customer having much recourse, if they confiscated all customer funds or something of that nature, I'd imagine that their legal risk is very material. Basically, the only way that Full Tilt could take customer funds is if it declared bankruptcy.

With that said, it's a little bit frustrating that (1) they seem to have prioritized deposit methods over withdraw methods; (2) they seem to be having so much trouble issuing checks and doing wire transfers when other sites are able to do these things. I don't see a conspiracy but I do see some poor decision making on their part from a customer service and priorities standpoint.

It may not be their intent to "take" anyone's money, but in practice that is exactly what they have done. I, and many others, have no access to our funds. What makes them "my" funds other than my ability to use them, and that ability has been taken away.

If someone steals your TV, but has the intent of only borrowing it for a couple weeks and then returning it to you, is that not theft? I believe this situation is going on now. FTP may (or may not) have the intent of returning my money, but as of right now they have stolen it.

I understand that there have been many issues with payment processors post-UIGA, but there is NO REASON they should not write me a check when I request it.

I think it's more like the situation where you loan your XBox to your friend, and then he goes away on vacation for a month but forgets to return it to you first. It's a little negligent but it isn't stealing exactly.

Oh great one rep responded. He said nothing of value, just that our money is safe. Super, too bad I can't touch it in any acceptable amount of time. He didn't even say a time frame for checks to be an option again. His response was complete rubbish. 'Stosh

Exactly I read the solitary response, which was totally UNACCEPTABLE. Stars is really kicking their arse right now. If FT isn't already seeing a pinch in profits, they will be soon enough...
