It takes a long time for them to post it. I called them twice while I was waiting and their CS was able to tell me exactly what day it would be posted. Both times I was given the same answer, and it wound up being correct. Getting through has never been as difficult for me as has been reported here but I've been making these kind of calls at 1 or 2 AM pacific time.

I made 3 withdrawals on monday, tuesday, and wednesday last week and all 3 of em hit this morning, making it only 4 business days for the last one. pretty good result imo.

Once you are up and running, you'll like it. It was more powerful in combination WITH neteller, using NT for large amounts and bonus hunting. But be patient, get the card.

Some questions I have....


1. so there is no limit to the number of free 'movements' of money between poker sites/my epassport, correct?
2. can i make a withdrawal to my epassport from a poker site right after making a deposit to the poker site, or is there a waiting period?
3. what is the withdrawal limit from the epassport to my bank account and how many of these/month do I get?

1. If there is a limit to this (I'm not entirely sure that there is), then it is 10 transactions per day. It might be the case that poker site transactions don't count towards this 10 though?

2. I signed up a while ago so I don't remember anything about this, sorry.

3. If you increase your limits (costs $5) to a select account, then you can withdraw $600/day. It says on the site $1,000 but for some reason this doesn't seem to be the case. So to answer your question you can withdraw as many times per month as there are days in that month.
