[ QUOTE ]
Mods locking or moving the threads that are so basic or bad to the medium or small forum would of course also be a big help.

[/ QUOTE ]
Right to SSNL please, MSNL doesn't need the crap either.

[ QUOTE ]
I hope you realize that someone posting something that's "basic" or has a "glaring mistake" in it obviously doesn't have the discretion to determine that it belongs in a different forum.

[/ QUOTE ]
They will get the point when their posts keep getting moved.

When I want to read quality poker content, I read MSNL - HSNL is 70% rich people who are better than average players. MSNL is where the greater minds tend to post. Not to rip on the other 30% at HSNL, but there are many people in MSNL who would crush higher stakes ifi they were rolled for it. I hope this cleanup effort works.

[ QUOTE ]
Why don't all of you highly advanced players just have a board where only you are allowed to post?

[/ QUOTE ]
There is a bit of merit to this. I'd love to read a forum where only brilliant poker geniouses could post. I don't need write access. Obviously this would fail in practice, but the concept is nice. Maybe title requirements, >1000 posts needed? That takes the average user at least 6 months, and if you are that dedicated to the community you will have learned the rules.

[ QUOTE ]
perhaps we should try to insist on FR or 6M in the post title

[/ QUOTE ]
This is good. I started doing this after reading a MSNL rant a few days ago.

[ QUOTE ]
sometimes hands come up where the hero actually has no reads and it makes the decision harder, and doesn't mean it's a bad post. obviously it helps to have a read, but sometimes there isn't one, but a decision still has to be made. i think bad posts are ones with an obvious decision where reads don't really even have to be considered.

[/ QUOTE ]
These type of hands should be in MSNL. If you're playing high stakes you should know or be able to figure out what the default 'standard' plays are.

[ QUOTE ]
I dont think more mods is the answer. AZK does a great job, despite some peopel not being happy with him, he is > then them.

[/ QUOTE ]
I'm sure AZK does a fine job, but if ElD's proposal is actually going to be carried out it is far too much work for one man. Three or four mods would be necessary, at least for a little while.
