We all pay the price for these cheap &$&^ who don't pay their debts. We pay in the form of higher rake fees and higher transcations fees from places like Neteller.

I think you'll be fine. A website once accidentally cashed me out for 4000 $ extra and sent me some emails saying they would send a collection agency after me to get it back. I just ignored them and they dropped the issue once they realised I wasnt going to pay them.
