Could there somehow be an exception for people that are tuning in for the first time or are watching something out of morbid curiosity.

Sometimes I watch the TV evangelists of O'Reilly Factor just to see what lame/dumb/gimmicky stuff will come out of their mouths.

If I had to pick one show, and all people who watch that show regularly woudl die, it would have to be any show that features...

I think a tougher question would be, if you had to pick one television show, and only the regular viewers of that show lived, and would be the basis for repopulating the earth, what would you pick?

If you could pick one T.V. show, such that at some moment next week, anyone watching the show would die, which T.V. would you pick. Defend your choices based on how eliminating that show's demographic would make the country a better place. I already have an answer in mind, but I want to see what OOT thinks.

O'Reilly Factor!

im torn between the o'reilly factor and jerry springer. i dont know how many of the people who watch the oreilly factor actually hold important positions that would negatively affect the economy/politics to where the harm caused by their deaths would make the show's demographics less killable than that of jerry springer. there are virtually no redeeming people who regularly watch jerry springer.

a) it is on in the afternoon when most people who should be adding something to the economy are at work.

b) the content is white trash. so much so that if you enjoy it enough people probably want you dead anyways that all those people become happy upon your demise (same argument could be applied to oreilly, but again, useful people probably do share his views)

c) there are very few people who would be likely to turn on the show in the background and go ahead and do other stuff. (these people probably aren't hurting american society if they existed)...(oreilly is more likely to be a background/white noise kinda show although it is extremely unlikely either would be used for it)

therefore, i think it's JS FTW!

I think it's pretty good, especially considering the source.

[/ QUOTE ]

Are you sure they are really liberal? They poke fun of every and anybody, but i dont know much about em. I dont mind the liberal ideology, I just hate the selective douchebags who think its ok to make fun of religion but not gays.

[/ QUOTE ]

South Park was NOT made by liberals:

[ QUOTE ]
While South Park co-creator Matt Stone is a registered Republican, co-creator Trey Parker is actually a registered member of the Libertarian Party.

[/ QUOTE ]

Wikipedia - South Park Republicans

Nobody who's seen Team America would think that they're liberals...
