Interesting that the only local boy left from Arizona, Kevin O'Donnell, has already cashed 5 times this WSOP. He might not be a bad player. I think he owns a bar around here...

Any additions/suggestions to my sweat/anti-sweat list as this thing gets down to the FT?
Sweat: 3. David Einhorn 6,905,000 (giving winnings to charity) 9. Jeffrey Lisandro 3,750,000 (a respected pro who could keep the FT from being an all-out donkfest) 13. Allen Cunningham 2,650,000 (same as above) 16. Prahlad Friedman 1,850,000 (near-legendary internet player, despite an artistic output of questionable utility) 17. Eric Lynch 1,785,000 (2+2er, apparently an excellent player) Anti-sweat: 1. Jamie Gold 13,000,000 (rumours of douchery, no fun to cheer for the favourite) Pretty much all other unknowns (exluding guys like O'Donnell, obviously) are on the anti-sweat list, as there's been a lot of donkish play so far, and I assume those are the guys it's coming from. There must be more people to cheer against though; how else mix some schadenfreude in with being glad for people like Rizen? |

"However, to finish top ten in an event with >5000 entries requires that overall you play extremely well."
"Black played a few thousand hands in the ME last year" Right... |

Just started, I say play ends by 8pm tonight. [/ QUOTE ] It took them 5 hours to go from 45 to 27. It will take a lot longer to go from 27 to 9. Plus there will be short stacks hangin on on the final table bubble. I would say they will be playing 12 hours. |
