I voted for 'Let him go'. But in trying to respond seriously to the thread, I think that I would also have a very serious discussion with him later. The reason I wouldn't stop him right then in there, is that it could have serious emotional effects on both him and the girl.

Ya I agree. These stupid, absolute rules make no sense. It's basically condemning sex as some evil, dirty deed that has no place in the house-hold.

No.. not really. Note how most everyone here metioned talking to their kid about being safe and everything. It's really about respecting a household. Sex is a private things. Just like I never wanted to hear my parents having sex, I don't want to hear my kids do it either.

And then there's the whole being overprotective issue. You want your kid to stay young and innocent. Sex is a huge step in coming of age and a lot of that innoncense gets lost.

And my daughter is undoubtedly going to be way better than whatever douche is trying to get in her pants.

I mostly agree with this ... and I hope it stays that way if I have a daughter, even though I suspect, somehow, it won't ... but I'd add a noise clause, as in, "If I hear you going at it, you're gonna hear your Mom and I going at it later."
