I really do wonder what qualifications they look for when they hire floor people.

[/ QUOTE ]

When a floor position opens, they ask all the dealers, "Any of you guys want a 20-50% reduction in pay? You'll have to spend hundreds of dollars on clothes first; you'll be stressed out by all the incompetent dealers who work for you; and you'll never EO again."

Whoever raises his hand, gets the job.

Well I guess if they knew to ask but didn't tip it must be that all the dealers were terrible because everybody tips if the dealer is doing a good job.

Phew! I was about to tear into this one, when I noticed--just in the nick of time--the battery in my Sarcasm Detector had died.

Check your batteries, people!

Yes Bobby, but I bet you were a 1000 times better floor then this guy (in OP) was!

All the best,

Howard

To be honest grave shift has very good dealers everyone them
have many years on the job I rarely get called to the table for mistakes mostly rake reductions or someting a player did wrong (bet out of turn or taking a shot)I in know way told these people if they didn't tip I would close the game.
I could have just given them a free 1/2hr. and charged them next time we did this all the time Like I said we are trying to win players and I asure you these four will be back and they were taking care of the dealers very generously before I said it ( I didn't know that at the time)and they took no ofense by it.
We don't have a 500K free roll so we do other things to win players there will be alot of things going on at Caesars starting in June we have a new Manager with some great ideas
that will benefit the players

Ever sit at a BJ game and aplayer puts a bet up for the dealer and the guy next to him says whats that for and he's one of the one that askes most don't or they don't even notice.
With the POKER BOOM we have ALOT of people that want to play
(that all in game) you think they know they should tip
I have 400-800 players that order room service from our room and don't tip the server think they know you should tip
just recently I talked to food and bev . about putting the tip on the check because no one wanted to work in the room because there was no money to be made, most of the time they are bring food that is comped and they still don't get tipped.
