I want to set a 4 upgrade min. for alliance members. Is this fair? If I don't hear complaints this will become the new requirements on March 15. After March 15 new members will need 4 upgrades to join and any existing members with less than 4 upgrades will be disbanded.

Stuey, I think you've been doing a good job of keeping the alliance balanced, knocking out players (who aren't playing anymore) below the averages over time, seems like the best way to go.

I'll add the 4+ and 8+ avgs to the next alliance avgs update, so you can see the impact.

The avgs have been moving in the wrong direction for a bit, because we have added a bunch of new players (which is good, if they are actually playing... as some, but not all are).

How long does it take to get 4 upgrades? I love strategy game s like earth 2025 and Utopia but I'm too lazy to sign up. I guess I'll do it today.
