As I said bash me all you want im not looking for sympathy from anyone I have a business and they did not steal my life savings, I am just raising public awareness and showing people that Ftp is not to be trusted.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah, it's not the money. It's the principal, right?

At the very least even if I did defraud them for those of you who beleive that I have proven that their support is no question a nightmare.

This conversation is really not producing any new thoughts right now, unless Doug and or FT decide to chime in again.Btw,ten to one that if the HH was posted,Eric and Mik would eithor disapear or redirect the focus of the "proof" he should receive.

And once again how [censored] dumb would I have to be to send in my id and utility bill to a site where I did something illegal against. Can anyone explain?

[/ QUOTE ]

Uhhhh, so you would appear to be acting like an innocent person?

Hello Eric,

Thank you for your reply.

First off, I am sorry to hear that it has taken as long as it has to
only lead to the same point we were 2 months ago. However, please
understand that investigations such as this will take a bit longer than
expected - simply due to the amount of research and information is
needed to document and process.

With that being said, we would simply like to ask for your patience once
again until this matter has been fully concluded. Rest assured that upon
the completion of this case, you will be notified immediately on the
status of your FTP player account.

I think the last ,line here may be missing the following... But not shown any evidence or given any satisfactory reason as to why.

Also above they state that they are collecting evidence and documenting the information in this case. My question is, why then will they not prove it in any way, shape or form? Surely if you are accused you are entitled to see evidence that proves you are guilty? I don't think they did supply eric with any info., regarding this, for the simple fact that Doug came on here to explain it.

There are still way too many unknowns from both sides to make a definate judgement.

That is all I want is for them to send me a email or something showing how I cheated and how I defrauded them, after 2 1/2 months they told me they have came to a conclusion that i defrauded their site and to never play or contact them again with no explanation of how they came to that conclusion.

[/ QUOTE ]

What is it you want them to tell you? You want them to tell you the methods they use to determine chip dumping or credit card fraud? Why would they give that information to someone they believe is a thief?

here we go again...lets point the finger. I have nothing to do with eric like I have explained many times and if you are offering odds of 10-1 then I will take it. Am I defending Eric?? Or do I just want the truth, either way? Make up ur own mind, but you are so suspicious it verging on the ridiculous.

I do not have a gambling problem I play online poker to relax, I will not die over the money they stole from me, I am not even asking for my money im just raising public awareness...

[/ QUOTE ]

Again, very admirable of you. Personally, I would be outraged if someone stole 14K from me and I would not be here to raise public awareness. I would want MY money back - ALL of it!

And btw, what took you so long to come here? Why were you not here "raising public awareness" after 1 month?

also smartass check me out on the sites I play: Absolute Poker, PStars and Paradise Poker... I have nothing to hide. It astounds me that you are so narrow minded to make the judgement of guilty without the evidence to back it up.
