(A) "Most men think their dick should rule the world."

(B} "Most men of those who think their dick should rule the world, etc"

If she believers the former, she is somewhat exaggerating.

B doesn't make a lot of sense and could have been worded a lot more clearly if she didn't want there to be a misunderstanding as to what she was trying to say.

I realize that she probably doesn't really believe A, but she's put herself up on a pedestal as being morally superior to the rest of us, so it only seems right to knock her down a peg when she starts casually tossing out the (hateful) belief that most men are rapists.
