Stuey benevolently made this at my request, but I don't use this now, so it's fair game for the Colts fans among OOT.

I spent most of Friday night working on this one myself (no, I don't have a life). I had never done one of these before, so it took awhile to download the software and figure things out.

I think it works great in IE, but it runs too fast in Firefox. I think the problem is that I set it to skip frames to save filespace and firefox isn't recognizing that command. I would just stop skipping frames and run a straight video, but it's already kind of big (160k). Link to source video which is right at the beginning.

Don't know if this slowed it down or not, but I got the file size to 117 and added a border

Stuey,

I really want an avatar . . . I was thinking from :29 through :35 from this video (if we could get :29 through :39 or even :42 great but no big deal if we can't - also, I'm not sure if we can do anything about the little scoreboard in the upper-left hand corner)

Here

Sorry but I don't really know how this works, am I supposed to follow directions or do you do this for us? Please let me know what to do as I'm pretty clueless. Thanks in advance.

Ok, so this is my first crack at this. Love me some Shana Hiatt:

Stuey: How come it seems one speed in Firefox, another speed in IE? Is there a way to fix?

Here's the source of the Shana stuff:
