Thank you for taking the time to report a potentially suspect usage of the 'disconnect protect' feature.

We have thoroughly investigated Lim7maren9's account history with a particular focus on their previous usage of this feature.

We have detected no suspicious pattern which could not be explained by internet connection or hardware problems at this stage. However we have placed a file note on the account and sent an email to the player informing them of the investigation and making them aware that potentially suspicious disconnects are monitored.

If you need any further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Contact us anytime, we are available around the clock to assist you with your account related questions and suggestions.

Sincerely,

Karthik

Subject: disgusting disconnect protect abuse[#5624242]

This type of cheating, and your apparent tolerance for it, is why I haven't
played on your site for some time. One of the biggest winners in your new
25/50 game has made thousands by abusing disconnect protect. You need to
put a stop to this. If a player can't afford a decent cable connection for
$35/month, they shouldn't be playing high stakes poker.
