[ QUOTE ]
If the HH will not prove cheating one way or another the FTP must have something else they made their decision. I still cant see why an independant party should not look over this case and make their judgement. [/ QUOTE ] because FT (and any other business) has the right to do things the way the want to. |

Yes a company has the right to do this as it pleases, but this survey (the link above) shows there are cause for concern for full-tilt. |

I'd like to see them as outlined by the laws and regulations under the jurisdiction that FTP operates under. |

[ QUOTE ] The answer is yes, Full Tilt keeps the confiscated funds of credit card fraud cases. Note that in collusion cases, everything is meticulously retraced and the injured players are returned the funds they lost to the colluders . [/ QUOTE ] I don't recall reading a lot of posts about FTP or any other site for that matter refunding money to those that had been colluded against. [/ QUOTE ] I've been refunded money on both sites. |

the customer has the right to take their business elsewhere. [/ QUOTE ] However, in this case, the "customer" would only be taking his business elsewhere once he was relieved of $14K. It's a little late for him to start threatening to deny FTP future business. |

When I looked up the details of your playing time at FTP, I found exactly zero sessions at 10/20 NL, and saw that you were down overall at 25/50 NL . Obviously, lying about what stakes you played and how well you did is not a problem, but it did make me a little suspicious. [/ QUOTE ] limitninja said: [ QUOTE ] This shows that ericjones, didnt Play NL [/ QUOTE ] I say: based on FTPDoug's statement, it appears that ericjones DID play NL. |

According to Ftpdoug I played the following: 25/50 NL, 50/100 NL and 100/200 O/8 and won money at 30/60 limit, 100/200 limit, 100/200 NL, and 25/50 PLO. [/ QUOTE ] What FTPDoug actually said: [ QUOTE ] With this ~$8K in cash he went on to play 25/50 NL, 100/200 NL and 25/50 PLO,... [/ QUOTE ] I am only pointing out that unless FTPDoug communicated to ericjones privately that he played in limit games, nowhere in this thread does FTPDoug state that ericjones played in anything other than NL and PL games, and only discusses those games ericjones played using the second account under the name rapperson. As an aside, neither ericjones nor FTPDoug make it clear regarding what games ericjones played using the first account, under what name he played using that account, any of the details surrounding how he won the money from the 7 fraudulent accounts and/or players, or any of the details surrounding how he lost that money and to whom. FWIW, IMO this is the more intriguing portion of this case rather than the second account/session, inasmuch as it appears to me that this may have actually been a successful defrauding of FTP, i.e., the illicitly obtained funds of the seven fraudlent accounts were "dumped" to ericjones who in turn dumped them to accomplices, thus completing a "wash-rinse-repeat" laundering cycle. |
