It may be time to remove the legend from the map, so it doesn't cover those coords. Also, I think you should consider standardizing the Member base display to highlight the FT, rather than last amount taken. Last amount taken quickly loses value, and standardizing will make it much easier to see the higher FTs. Differentiating between known dead broke bases and active bases Pink/Red is still useful.

I just changed some of the colors around so I'm going to leave the legend up for a little bit longer.
Red bases: #=FT, >=1FT only, no guarantee if active Cyan bases: #/10=amount stolen, 0FT only Pink bases: Inactive/cashless 0FT bases
