yes, I had considered that.

But FTPDoug didn't previously dispute the idea that FT wasn't going to bother sending him the HH's back when he was still part of the conversation.

If doug were to come on here and say, "we actually gave him all the HH's and he's just saying that we didn't" then I would probably be inclined to believe him.


I believe Eric is saying that he would either like them sent OR he wouldn't have a problem having them posted here or having some 3rd party look over the evidence.

So this does not seem like one of the areas where Eric is hiding information.

Haven't visited 2+2 in a couple of weeks. Saw a 700+ post thread in the Zoo. Happened to find a summary near the very end.

That's a nice summary (I hope it's reasonably accurate; even if it's not, it has satisfied my curiosity and is probably close enough for government work).

The account that had a little over $13K in it, maybe. When I looked up your info I also saw that you created another account 6 days prior to creating this account, which had a very similar pattern. Creating multiple accounts usually isn't in and of itself enough to get your funds seized. It is, however, clearly against the rules of the site and is another huge warning bell.

So already, with 5 minutes of looking into this case, I'm pretty inclined to believe our fraud department here. I did ask for more information just to be extra sure, and I do think we should be more forthright with our players about why we freeze their account (even if they're incredibly guilty).

When I do find out the details, Eric, I can either post them here or PM it to you, whichever you prefer. I'm not sure how much deeper you want me to look into this, though.

I never said I trust Full Tilt, I said I trust Doug. He's proved himself reliable in these situations. So if he says that FT got it right I believe it.

He said "Here is the timeline as I understand it." That is just a figure of speech. I, for one, have used this phrase several times when I have been absolutely sure of something. I dont think for a second that it implies that Doug did not look into the matter personally.

The truth already has come out. Full Tilt discovered you were cheating. They closed the account and took the money. You came here bitching and Doug looked into it. Found Full Tilt was correct in this instance. End of story.

As I posted before it is highly inappropriate for Full Tilt to go posting HHs on message boards. If they did mail the HHs to Eric how would we know? He has lied about everything else, I don't expect him to provide evidence now.

This is my interpretation of Eric's intent as well. I think at this point he is requesting the HHs knowing they will never be posted on a message board(which as I say shouldn't be done) and knowing that he can always claim he never received them unless Doug comes back and says otherwise.

When I first started reading this thread I never thought Eric would lie about the types of games he played either, but that turned out not to be the case.

You said "you come here complaining" me???? lol...u guys have so many suspicions its ridiculous. Like I have said many times, I do not know if Eric is Guilty or Innocent, but I will give a person the benefit of the doubt unless I am shown otherwise. I am from the UK. I am not involved in fraud or theft or any other kind of deception and I didn't know who eric was until I started reading this thread, but I firmly belive that there are too many people who are passing judgement without the proper knowledge of the whole situation.
