I did not read this thread, except for a couple posts on the first page.

My speculation is that they seized the money, because FTP is rigged for letting new players win.

Then this new player kept moving up limits and winning, and then went to withdraw.

However, they are used to people to continue playing when the rigging algorithm reverses itself.

They then defrauded the OP of his money and reversed the blame accusing him of fraud.

No mate...FTPDoug made right there wrongs...without him I doubt that those cases would have been sorted

[/ QUOTE ]

You're an idiot. You completely missed the point. Doug looked into these issues in a number of other cases. In those where he found someone was wrongly accused FTP fixed the problem. Doug looked into this case and saw that it was clear cut that eric was dumped to.

[/ QUOTE ]

doh...listen AGAIN, firstly Doug only looked into those individual cases because those players could not get any joy with FTP support. If those players had not known about this site (2+2) and without Doug's kind help they would have lost their bankrolls. So how can you trust them after that? Secondly Doug said that this was the story as he believed it...which implies that he was given the information..how many times do you need to hear that before it finally sinks in?? How do we know the information was correct? How Does doug know the information was correct?? FACT: He/We DO NOT. There hs never ever been anything to verify this info. and doug has stopped helping (for whatever reason...holiday,weekend off, boss's told him too, who knows) So think about what you are basing your judgements on and all we are asking for is the truth to come out..one way or another...how can that be a problem?????

Rememeber Eric is not the only person to flag up these issues, there have been others..there must be a problem somewhere because you do not hear of any of this with the other sites.

And please guys lets stop making this a silly personal issue by calling names and picking up on grammatical and spelling errors because what does that matter? its just pathetic. Lets just stick to the matter at hand.
thanks

Why do you guys keep demanding that FTP does anything else?
Go ask the government who killed JFK!

Some things are true whether you believe them or not.

what are the cliff notes on this post?

[/ QUOTE ]
Loud, persistent, and highly probable outright fraudster vs. arrogant, opaque, uncaring and unregulated large company, both struggling to claim moral highground while happily crawling through the muck on a day-to-day basis, internet gambling stuck in the days of the wild west, shills all around supporting both sides, world record levels for poor spelling and grammar being tested daily, internet poker players with no place to go jamming their ostrich heads in the sand. A typical dog bites man story.

What kind of evidence do you want me to provide if I don't have access to my hand historys or nothing. As I said before I sent them my Id and utility bill when I knew I engaged in credit card fraud? How does that make sense?

[/ QUOTE ]

That's interesting. In this post you seem to be saying you believe someone committed credit card fraud and you are just a victim.

[/ QUOTE ]

This demonstrates the importance of basic communications skills. Eric's postings are consistently indecipherable, and so his readers need to work very hard to understand what he actually meant to say. Several folks have gone down the garden path over the wording in this particular posting.

You decided that eric was admitting that the fraud happened, but that he didn't know it. Another poster thought it meant that eric admitted he was involved in fraud. Eric apparently meant to say something like, "Had I been involved with credit card fraud, would I have sent them my Id and utility bill?" Interestingly enough, the answer to that may well be "yes"; eric doesn't seem to be the sharpest tool in the shed, so to speak.

As an amusing aside, note that BurnleyMik (eric's probable duplicate) writes just as poorly as eric, and with the same types of errors. However, he does post from the UK, and throws in an "OK, mate" here and there. A simple coincidence? You decide, blokes.

Or, as eric and Burnley would say, "WTF if their was a fradalant credite card then the sight should of prevanted all theyre depsites for a signal day limmit rite, why there not ansering that?????"

None of this, of course, justifies FT's policy of shutting down all lines of reasonable communication with customers under investigation, and failing to conduct verifiably honest, independently reviewed investigations. Unfortunately, that's the wild west world we live in; there are no applicable regulations, and not every company is going to maintain the ethical level of a Stars or a Party. It sucks, but all you can do is watch carefully and limit your exposure to companies who don't respect their customers.
