I get 90% at another site, and that averages about 1.5BB/100 on rake back... so 1.65? Maybe lower since it is your own rake back.

The thing is, We are not the people this site wants but they NEED US. if they can get 5000 regulars playing, it will be enough to bring more Gamblers to the poker tables and then they will hopefully cross over to the sportsbook.

This would possibly make the 1st US legal online poker room. In texas for instance, Poker is not illegal, it's just illegal to run a card room that takes a rake.
Definately intesting, and i'm going to check this place out. |

All right, just did some research as I was pretty sure this was the company that had the court dealy with the us. It was.
One of the founders of World Exchange was a guy from New Jersey. He and his buddies took off to antigua to pursue building the company and to avoid legal issues with the u.s. In the late nintes however, Cohen(one of the founders) came to visit his family in Long Island and he was arrested, prosecuted, and sent to prison in Vegas. Later he had his law buddy from college figure out if he could sue the government for violating WTO rules. They decided they had a good shot. So the buddy went to Antigua and convinced the country to let him represent them in the case against the U.S. They agreed and a suit was filed against the U.S. Antigua won. Cohen was set free last year and companies in Antigua continue to operate selling gambling sevices to americans. The law the U.S. violated was that they barred foreign companies from offering services to americans, that american companies are allowed to offer. Because several american companies offer Horse betting(a gambling service) foreign countries must also be allowed to offer gambling services to americans. Today was the dead line for the U.S. to implement new laws that allowed this. However nothing has happened yet. If the U.S. were to make the law, I'm sure World Exchange would be making headlines and get a lot of traffic to the site. Maybe why the new poker scheme was launched around this date. |

I love that the original rake even before they give it back to you is already significantly lower than Party.
