They rely on Benji Marshall a lot. However, with a player that skilled, any team would use him to full advantage. They have other talented players, especially Scott Prince, so I'd say they're not like Newcastle with Andrew Johns and more like the canberra team of the 90s with Laurie Daley.

Are they called Zed Zed Top down under?

I've always wanted to visit, but have heard that Aussie men tend to be a bit chauvanistic and not very open minded. Is this true?

It's a stereotype. I'd say there's no more chauvanists as a % of the population in Australia than in any other Western nation.

I was planning on spending 3 months starting about mid-August living in a city in Australia or NZ. I would be supporting myself playing poker so I wouldn't need to find a job or anything. Where would you reccommend? I certainly plan on visiting a number of places but would like to have one city as my home base.

i've just moved from Melbourne to Newcastle.

Melbourne has cool stuff to do.

Newcastle has awesome weather.
