To the OP:
You could try taking your issue to the KGC. But I imagine they will listen to both sides. |

Party has finally contacted both of us. They've chosen to return our money and to close our accounts. I didn't speak specifically to Logan, but his toady said that they had decided I was using software, but they did not have sufficient evidence to keep my money.
I asked if there were any way for a person to prove that he was not using software once he had been falsely accused, and the toady recommended I direct any questions to Logan, whom I know will never take any of my phone calls. I was initially relieved by their decision, since it seemed quite likely they were going to steal my money. Now, I'm annoyed that I would ever consider this a 'good' resolution. They put me through hell just to get my money back, then kicked me off their site after falsely accusing me. Do they really have such a problem at their site that they would consider any unusual activity during the opening of an account to be indicative of a bot team? And even if that does cause initial alarms, do they not have any stronger methods of detecting the use of software than what they described to me? I've read of popups that they send to people that force them to type in letters that are drawn on the screen. Why didn't they ever send those to me, so that they could be convinced they were on the wrong track? I understand why there are many of you that are skeptical that Party has made a mistake. This is certain to happen to others, and it is only a matter of time before it happens to somebody whom you know well enough to trust. |
