[ QUOTE ]
Date / Time: 2006-03-29 12:59:00 Title: Carl "colson10" Olson Doubles Up Log: Barry Greenstein raises to $25,000 preflop and both Jason Stern and Carl Olson call. The flop comes Kh-10d-4s and Olson checks. Greenstein bets $50,000 and Stern folds. Olson moves all in and Greenstein calls. Greenstein shows Ks-9s and Olson has Ad-Jd. Olson catches his gutshot straight on the turn in the form of the Qh. The river is the 8d and Carl "colson10" Olson doubles up. [/ QUOTE ] this is almost as good as check/calling all in with a set. |

Looks like Carl took a big hit. Doesn't say how, but he is now last in chips.

this probably didn't help:
Jonas Norrman takes a big pot Jonas Norrman raised to 35k from the cutoff, Barry Greenstein called from the small blind, and Carl Olson called from the big blind. The flop came A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] with a check around the table. The turn came 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and Greenstein checked to Olson who bet 60k. Norrman called and Greenstein folded. The river came A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and Olson checked to Norrman who bet 60k. Olson folded and Norrman took the pot increasing his stack to just under 500k. |

Blinds are going up to 8k-16k with 3k ante, and no word of colson having won any big pots since down to 140k. Not looking too good.
Also, Barry G mentioned the K9-AJ hand during a cardplayer interview. If he would've won that hand, he'd have had 1/3rd of the chips in play. |

Well he already has over 1/4th of the chips with 14 left.
colson is 3rd low-man with 155k - two people (including Gill!) are below him with 70k each. |

colson doubles through Boutin with A9 vs KJ, leaving Boutin with about 45k. I remember Burt Boutin from one of the WSOP broadcasts - I hope he doesn't make it to the final 6 because on the WSOP one, he wore a shirt with like the top 5 buttons undone like he just came from the disco. Gross. |
