Step #1 will be to get your boys tested. You might as well go ahead and do that now. Simple process, I need not elaborate. From what I understand, they like to have the sample on the first exam, so before you do anything, masturbate into a paper bag. [/ QUOTE ] You'll need to go into the lab and do the deed there. I've been meaning to post on the difference between HMO and regular health insurance, vis a vis this very topic. Perhaps I'll do so tonight. |

Dear Bison, ...like today I learned that some younger straight men actually shave their hair "down there". [/ QUOTE ] WTF? As a 41-year-old man who last dated in 1985, I find it freaky enough that women shave their pubes, but men? Kids these days, sheesh. |

Dear Bison,
My younger brother is a screw up. He was booted out of college last year for grades, and when he came home he was many thousands in debt on credit cards (not to mention student loans). He didn't tell us this and gave the crdit card company his bank account number which was empty (and he knew it). More charges, he borrowed 200$ from me that he western unioned them to avoid collections, assuring me that he was 1 owed a paycheck by his last job and 2 that he owed less tha 1,000 total. Long story short the totall amount he owes only comes out after threatening letters start arriving at my parents house. He currently has been working 2 part time minimum wage jobs and living with my other brother for free "attempting" to pay down his debt. The stipulation was that he had to give my older brother all his paychecks- and he would send the credit card payments in to make sure it happened. Apparently a few of these paychecks didn't make it to my older brother and he suddenly started hanging out at my house to avoid the arguments (i didn't know this at first). Then last week he borrwoed mmy car and cracked the bumper on the side of my house while reversing. The first words out of his mouth were "i didn't hit anything". Basically his first thought in any bad situation is to lie, and put off any problems as long as he can. My older brother and i are tired of it (and my parents have said no more) so hes going to be out of a place to live in a few months, but still hasnt' shown any ability to take responsibility for anything. Ok, so its not exactly a question, but any advice is appreciated t |

Long time listener, first time caller. Been with the gf for a year and a half, things going great etc etc. I am wondering if in your "professional" opinion if moving in together in a new city would be detriment to the relationship? Her graduate school and my job are in the same city. We currently see each other daily and usually are at one person's apt or the others at all time when together. Good plan or no?
Dear Russ, Questions for both of you, from roughly most to roughly least important: Are you happy that you spend so much time together? Do you feel there's good communication and fair give and take between you? Are you comfortable sharing expenses with this person? Do you have similar living styles/levels of cleanliness? |

Dear Bison,
It looks like the Patriots may not re-sign Adam Vinateri. Have they lost their minds? |

Dear Bison,
I took an academic leave from college last year after two years (I go to a new england liberal arts college). I spent the summer saving cash playing poker, and in the fall I backpacked through europe. Since January I've been living in Prague and plan to stay for at least another two months. I don't do a whole lot as my social network is pretty limited, but that is improving and I also take czech lessons. So I'm not spending ALL day sitting in my apartment playing poker and watching movies but it does seem that way sometimes. Within the next week I have to decide whether to return to school in the fall. I doubt I will really apply myself to the work and since I'm a physics major this will definilety result in straight C's. Consequently I am loathe to head back to school just yet. But, if I don't go back this year then almost all my friends (and girlfriend) will have graduated by the time I do end up returning. If I extend my academic leave I plan to continue travelling and playing poker. Also, my goal is to become fluent in a 2nd language or become functional in 2 or 3. I feel as though if it weren't for losing touch with my college friends and the fairly mundane life I've had living on my own this would be an easy decision. Thoughts? Thanks much, -SmileyEH |
