A quick search shows that the corporation is not in good standing with the state of arizona due to paperwork not being filed on time.

I doubt this guy is a scammer, probably just someone who bit off more than he could chew.

This should be so easy to solve...find a reliable screen printer you can talk to face to face. I am the general manager of a large screen printing/embroidery shop. Printing these shirts shouldn't be this hard...find a local vendor you can trust!!
