Were the hell did that forum come from? Howard? Pope? anyone?

At the rate this is going they are going to have to have about 10 sattelites for there to be a full field. I don't see that many people paying to get in, maybe I'm wrong.

I found it the other day just searching for some details of the blind/payout structure because the CAZ website doesn't seem to have it. If more people knew about it, it could really help the casino and its players communicate.

How many are they running a day would you say?

There has been at least one going every time I have been there since they started. I always play in the evening, and I doubt they get enough players to run them in the early morning or even early afternoon on weekdays. I would say they do 3-5 per day, maybe more on Saturday.

A very nice person perfectly suited to run it but who wants to remain anonymous for the time being. As I understand it the creator of that site is not sure what (or even if) it will 'become' anything or not and is sort of testing the waters to see if there is enough interest to keep it going.

ps: I've been asked by a 20 player already if I started that site and, no, it's not me. I wouldn't know how to do it even if I wanted to.

Yea they need to promote it somehow 'cause right now there is no one even aware of it.

Well, I am 0-3. I was in the final 3 of the one last night, so I am slowly improving my results. Unfortunately for me, I set myself a limit of 4 sattys, so one more left...I can do it!

Tonight they announced that there are still 120 seats available. I think you've got a decent chance of there still being seats that you can either buy directly or try to satellite into. Friday and Saturday the sats will be running 3 at a time all day, most likely.

I heard Dave the tournament director tell a player this evening (paraphrased)...
If you are planning to play, just buy an entry now, if you win a satellite you can sell back the full price seat. He expects the tourney to sell out soon.
