1994, NFL experience. Vendors were giving away Emmitt Smith limited edition rookie cards. We took the giveaway cards and sold them to the card dealers in the sports card show right there for $50 a pop. We kept doing it until they recognized us and threw us out. Made a grand in 2 days. Easiest money I have ever made. And TY, OP. Nonsense for it's own sake is not good. [/ QUOTE ] [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] you too DDY! some pretty nice stories here, i remembered about one time, dont know the age exactly, saved lot of money to buy some pif et hercule magazines which had some toys with them, like a minigun and stuff like that. then i went in my grandparents' town and sold them for more than i paid without the toys |

When I was 8 I used to go door to door with my best friend and offer carwashes. Also, we turned our school fundraising into a cash business
Also, around that time, I must have ripped off maybe 150 hood ornaments, and tried to sell them. I sold some, but didn't make much money. I got caught trying to rip off the head of a dodge ram. That sucker was HARD to pull off. A cop followed me back to my stash where I had all the other hood ornaments, and I was instantly busted. Thankfully, he just brought me home to be scolded by mum, and nothing ever really came of it. |

"My family was moderately well off, and I have a total "saving money" addiction - so all the birthday money and Christmas money I got growing up I rarely ever spent, so I've always had a decent amount of cash."
