I'm on Anna's side, and am happy for her, too. So what if she is dizzy or lucky or whatever. I like to see the "good guys" win.

I've had two friends tell me after playing with Anna that she's pretty ditzy and very clearly doesn't know what she's doing at the poker table. I'm going to have to throw my hat in Mr. Little's side since most of the people they chronologue who go on absolutely sick rushes like this are running amazingly and feel like they can't be touched.

like you?

I'm glad you said this, because Jimmy has been criticized in many similar ways. I would hope that he could empathize with other players in similar conditions, such as Anna, who by being a young woman in the limelight will be subjected to immense scrutiny.

Anna is now back in the chip lead in the $25,000 buy in with $390,000. She is for real. Believe it.

I dont have a problem with Anna, besides the fact that she laughs at the people she gets lucky on. I have a problem with the people that assume someone is great just because they do well in a tournament or too and then say that the person has made great life decisions when that clearly isnt the case. It makes me think im getting seventh leveled or something.

I just saw the CardPlayer's video interview. Anyone else thinks she resembles Stu Ungar? It could be him reincarnated as a girl. Even sounds like him.

Isn't that the greatest and longest standing tradition in poker? To play at a level where you have to get lucky sometimes? Just ask Doyle, Chan, Gigabet, etc.

Agreed. If the laughing is true, that's just [censored].

Laughing to ease the tension. It's a common defense mechanism. Don't hate on good ppl.

She does laugh in that vid when she mentions two-outing Barry Greenstein, but IMO it didn't come off cocky or rude. Seemed to me she was just laughing because she realizes how lucky she was and how preposterous it is that she put a huge beat on this great player.

Anna is humble in that video and says she got lucky. She also laughs about getting lucky. What part of that video do you not understand, fiery?
