ACH (add funds withdraw on Absolute) reversed

I just checked an the $$ is in my bank account now too. I still think we deserve the $50 we got though. Original request was the 3rd. Checks haven't even taken this long.

I got the call yesterday. Said it would be 3-5 business days and immediately said I would get $50 for the inconvenience. I asked if the adjustment I saw was the manual attempt to transfer funds and he agreed. Last month it took 3 weeks to receive a $5k check, this is about the same time. I requested one on April 11th - still shows in their system as 'requested'.

i still have a negative amount listed as an "Adjustment" on 4/12/07. emails to VIP have gone unanswered.

I've done one successful withdraw via Add Funds so far which was for $100 and that was like a test run. It showed up in about four business days in my account.

So I decided to go ahead and do a $2500 withdrawal which was broken up into a $1500 and $1000 withdrawal. That was done on the 14th and it still hasn't hit my account. It's been well over 5 business days now. I used the Live Chat to talk to a guy yesterday and he told me some B.S. about my bank not authorizing the transaction yet(huh? Bank of America is my bank and they apparently didn't have a problem with the $100 withdrawal). I was told that I now have to wait 5-8 business days. I'm on business day 7 today so we'll see if it shows up tomorrow.

8th business day and still no money. I called the Cashier this time and spoke to a guy who basically said that they ACH system is backed up and that it's going to be a little while longer. I was given $100 for my troubles.

I will not use Add Funds again. The Neteller funds freeze is still fresh in my mind and this smacks of it. Once that money hits my bank account hopefully in a few days, I will use epassporte exclusively even though I get hit with withdrawal fees. I at least sleep better at night knowing the money is more likely to make it to me.

I withdrew $4800 via addfunds. After a week it still said "pending" but then I checked my bank account, and the money was in there. Not too bad.

I wish I could say the same. My first one from 4/11 still says "In Progress" since 4/15, and so does my 2nd one from 4/19. No funds to my bank account either.

I dont think AP is responsible for the delays, I am just not too trusting of ACH Add Funds process yet.
