As of 10:30 PM PST Full Tilt has yet to reply back to me regarding the $18,200 that is unaccounted for. They told me in a prior email that eddiefelsonn lost $6800 in table games. OK FINE. Where is the $18,200 ???? These threads are IMO, more important than any strategy on any hand that is being posted. I would hope that each and every member of 2+2 is paying attention to this thread so that even if I don't get my $ back, you will know the ramifications if it happens to you. I still am begging to talk to someone affiliated with Full Tilt. This is 2 1/2 days later and still my request to talk on the phone OR with a pro or a "manager" has been denied. This is completely unbelievable to me.

Why would you blame FT? Installing a .exe file from a stranger on your comptuer? --- ??? All due respect, not FT's fault to begin w/.

You're right it's not Full Tilt's fault. It is their fault that they could have easily frozen said person's account because I got a hold of them via email within 1 hour after all this took place. They took 36 hours to get back to me and basically told me that they're sorry. It's amazing that anyone could even think FT is living up to the standards that need to be met to provide secure gaming. How could anyone feel safe with their $$$ in Full Tilt?

Skip

I play SSNL but am following this closely. I really want to hear the reps (FTP Doug and Sean I believe) come in here and comment. Why is phone support unavailable? This is frickin stupid.

I remember I had a problem with Bodog once, and they called me. Whenever you log onto the site they have a customer support number displayed on the main lobby. Stars always has prompt reply's to emails. I do ~90% of my playing on FT but will withdraw if this thing isn't addressed soon.

Good luck man.

Thank you for your support. I have sent a 4th email to them since their email I received this afternoon, about 6 hours ago. I knew FT was bad at support but I didn't think in my wildest dreams it would come to this.

This gets worse...... MUCH WORSE.... $tinger88 just got a reply from FT, with his permission I'm copying it here.

Hello Brian,

Thank you for your email to Full Tilt Poker.

We have completed an exhaustive investigation into this transfer and
regret to inform you that we are unable to retrieve any of the funds
that were ill-transferred from your player account to player
EddieFelsonn.

During the course of the first hour after the funds were transferred,
player EddieFelsonn played a few table games where he proceeded to lose
about $6800 in various heads up sng's and table games. We examined the
play and found it to be clean. Since the play is clean and there is no
malicious involvement from the other players, these funds cannot be
retrieved.

After the first hour, player EddieFelsonn then proceeded to make a large
transfer for the amount of $17,000 to what was clearly an associate.
This associate proceeded then to offer other high stakes players a deal
if the other players would transfer funds to him via Neteller if the
associate was willing to P2P the funds to the high stakes players first.
Our chat logs revealed that there was one transfer for $6000 made by the
associate to a high stakes player in return for $5000 transferred to the
associates Neteller account. It is indeed a great deal and and given
that the associate made the transfer first via P2P, I can only assume
the other high stakes players honored the agreement and sent the funds
via Neteller.

The remaining $1200 was made to another player's account who was also
deemed clean and had no involvement with this particular scam.

Our general policy is that we do no reverse P2P transfers once they are
made, but do note that given your position as one of our most reputable
players that we would have made an exception here had we been able to do
so. However, given the circumstances I am terribly sorry that I am not
able to help you.

My suggestion to you and other players is to be careful when you make
such transfers. Your profiles as high stakes poker players make you
subjected targets for thieves and opportunists. Perhaps a confirmation
on the phone with the other party to ensure the validity of such
transfers in the future would help negate such an occurrence from
happening again.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to let me know.
Again, I am sorry that there is nothing I can do for you here.

Regards,

Larry

If there was an investigation, I would need to know the player who was transferred the 6k on FT AND ASK HIM the exact account that the 5k was sent to on neteller. This is simply stunning. They are watching illegal funds being transferred all over their site, telling Brian about it and doing SIMPLY NOTHING ABOUT IT. I'm considering going to press with this. This is simply unreal.

Also, if we could find out the account these 5k were transferred to, that neteller account could be frozen and might lead us directly to this hacker. I beg/plead anyone for help. This is all traceable.
