LOL at this test.

"You flop the third nuts. A player who only raises when he has the nuts 4-bets facing heavy action. Do you

A) Fold
B) suck at poker"

Rest of the test: EXACT [censored] SAME AS QUESTION 1

Repeat, ad nausea.

Well i was considering giving up poker with a score of 101 till i read this thread.

I guess im conditioned to be too loose and make too many calls - though i did lay down AK on the AK8 flop without much consideration.

lol first time through got 109...

second time through I just clicked on the 'fold' button most of the time, rest of my answers the same and got a 116.

Guess I call too much.

I love the leading tho.. 'an extremely passive player who never ever raises, raises'.

I can't login with the ID I got in the mail, tho... says invalid. Must take a while to become valid. My website IQ must be lower than my poker IQ.

124 but like many others I didn't know it was timed and only scored 23% for speed. Of course a huge number of questions are very arguable but I thought it was an intelligent test. I spotted one hand from Greenstein's book - I don't know if all the examples are from real play.

"Your Blinds score of 92% is exceptionally higher than your average percentile score. This score is better than 99.74% of all persons taking this test." --- Meh

I did it again with identical answers but at high speed [91%] and only got 129 instead of 124. So speed isnt that significant a factor.

Got 114 the first time which oddly enough is what my standard IQ is according to the tests I took when I was instutionalized many years ago. Then I went back and took it again, but this time I indulged it in it's nitty bias and scored 131.

Someone with influence must make Sklansky take this test, post-haste.

111. I did take it after playing like 9 hours straight, so my brain was pretty fried, and I didnt know the time limit thing. Also , many of the questions had more than 1 "right" answer , I thought, and lacked crucial information- but all in all, was a nice idea.

LOL @ test. My favorite part was getting slammed on arithmetic and logic given I have a graduate degree in a mathematical field. It said something like, "You may be able to work most common jobs and complete common tasks like moving boxes or sorting mail." Oh yeah, 0% on time while watching the game.
