The 3 best large-city values in the USA based on home mortgage/ income ratios are: Pittsburgh, Houston, and Indianapolis. Now, if you hate bad weather, that leaves Houston. If you don't care too much about the cost of living, you could consider some moderatly priced cities like Austin, Texas. If you don't care about cost of living at all and you really wanna live you have to try San Francisco. Its a great city!
